If any of this sounds familiar

Your model is the difference between "interested" and "how soon can we wire".

01
Investors keep asking for numbers you don't have
CAC payback, magic number, runway scenarios — questions that get vague answers kill momentum fast.
02
Your spreadsheet broke during diligence
A model that doesn't tie to the balance sheet is a credibility problem. We see it on every call.
03
You're forecasting growth you can't defend
Hockey-stick assumptions without unit-economic backing get flagged in the first 10 minutes of review.
04
You're raising on a deck without numbers behind it
A pitch deck without a defensible model under it is a polished surface with nothing to land on.

What you actually leave the 15 minutes with

01
Live audit of your model
Send your file before the call. We'll walk through it together and flag exactly where it's going to break — assumptions, structure, or narrative.
02
Benchmarks from real raises
We share what comparable companies at your stage actually show investors — gross margin, CAC, churn, growth assumptions. Real numbers, not theory.
03
A clear next step
Whether that's working with us, fixing it yourself with our template, or hiring someone else — you leave knowing exactly what to do.

Quick answers

Is the call really free? What's the catch?
+

Yes, free. The catch is honest: if we're the right fit, we'd like to work together. If we're not, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better. Either way, you leave with a clear plan. No sales script.

What should I have ready before the call?
+

If you have a model — even a rough one — send it after booking. If you don't, just come with your numbers in your head and what you're trying to raise/decide. We'll work from whatever you have.

I'm pre-revenue. Is this useful for me?
+

Yes — pre-revenue is often when a model matters most. The call helps you validate assumptions, structure unit economics, and figure out what to show investors before you have traction.

How much do your engagements cost if I want to work together?
+

Engagements vary by scope — financial models, valuations, fractional CFO, and pitch deck financials all have different price points. We'll cover this on the call once we understand what you actually need. No surprises.

What if I just need a one-off model, not ongoing support?
+

Most of our engagements are one-off deliverables — 3-statement models, valuations, pitch deck financials. We only suggest ongoing work (fractional CFO) when it actually makes sense for your stage.

Do you sign NDAs?
+

Yes. Send yours when you book, or use ours — we'll sign before the call. Everything you share stays confidential whether we end up working together or not.
